Shannon joined Wealth Guard Financial in March of 2016 as a Client Relations Associate. Her daily role is to assist with client service work, meeting preparation and appointment scheduling. She works directly with the operations team to help with new business processing and follow up.
Shannon has more than 18 years in customer service. Prior to her role with Wealth Guard Financial, she worked in the airline industry as a Flight Attendant and assisted with new hire training. During her career, she was able to travel the world and experience many cultures. She's excited to be a part of the Wealth Guard team where she can continue to deliver exceptional customer service to the clients daily.
Shannon was born and raised in the Akron area. She currently resides in Stow with her husband, David, and their son, Max.
